Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be communicated in your quote. The remaining balance is due as agreed in your contract.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a partial refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.

Service Delivery

KFJ Essentials will make every effort to deliver services as agreed. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely payments, and any required access to venues or third-party vendors.
